  • Children cannot leave any Park Sports venue by themselves unless you provide us with prior written consent.

  • Our camps are perfect for boys and girls aged 5–14.

  • Don’t worry!

    Our sessions continue as planned on the pitches. We adapt activities as needed to keep it fun and safe.

  • Parents of children, have the choice of dropping their child off and picking them up at the agreed time or they can stay and watch throughout the day if they wish.

  • All camps and training are run by qualified Kensington FC coaches, DBS-checked and experienced in working with children of all ages.

  • Kensington Football Club – Youth Football Camp Privacy & Information Notice

    1. Participation and Liability

    Participation in the Kensington FC Youth Football Camp at Park Sports Lammas Park is voluntary.

    • Kensington Football Club and its coaches, agents, or volunteers are not liable for any injury or damage arising from participation in the Club’s activities, except in cases of gross negligence or deliberate harm.

    • The Club will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of children during activities. However, football carries inherent risks, and the Club cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from these ordinary risks.

    2. Safeguarding and Welfare

    • The Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in line with The FA’s Safeguarding Children Policy and FIFA’s safeguarding principles.

    • All coaches and volunteers have been subject to appropriate background checks (e.g. DBS) and follow the Club’s Code of Conduct.

    • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that any relevant medical information is disclosed to the Club in advance.

    3. Data Protection and Privacy

    • All personal data collected as part of this registration will be processed in accordance with Kensington Football Club’s Privacy Policy, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

    • Data will be used only for the purpose of organising and administering the Camp, ensuring player safety and welfare, and complying with legal and safeguarding obligations.

    • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or safeguarding regulations.

    First aid may be administered to children if required during the Camp. In the event of an emergency, the Club may seek medical treatment for a child as deemed necessary.

    5. Photography & Media

    The Club may take photographs or video footage during activities. Use of such material (e.g. for website, social media, reports) will be subject to parental/guardian preference as indicated on the registration form.

Our Football Camp FAQs

    • Comfortable sports kit & football boots or trainers.

    • Packed lunch & water bottle.

    • Sunscreen & hat if sunny!

  • NB: Only applies in Lammas Park.

    Please ensure the coach is made aware of your child's medication needs and bring it along with you.

    Please note we are not permitted by law to administer any medication. If your child cannot administer their own medication, please speak to the venue before attending.

  • Our camps are at Lammas Park, they use the 3G pitches so all players should wear suitable football boots (moulded stud, screw-in stud) or trainers – NO metal studs are allowed to be worn.

    • All bookings and cancellations are managed by the Communication team .

    • Customer cancellations made with less than 3 days’ (72 hours or less) notice are non-refundable.

    • If you wish to cancel your booking, our Get in Touch page, and include "Camp Cancellation" in the subject line.

      If your cancellation request is submitted at least 3 days’ (72 hours) before the Camp starts,

      We will process your refund accordingly.

  • All sessions take place on the brand new 3G pitch at Lammas Park, run in partnership with Park Sports.

  • The camp runs from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

    If there are any changes to the schedule, parents and carers will be informed in advance.
